We aim to get your creative tools into your hands quickly and safely, wherever you are in Sri Lanka. By partnering with trusted local couriers and offering multiple payment options, including Cash‑on‑Delivery (COD) and secure card payments, we bring you a delivery experience on par with the country’s leading e‑commerce brands.

Fast island‑wide delivery (2–5 working days) is now the standard for Sri Lankan online stores, and we hold ourselves to the same benchmark.

Order Processing

  • Cut‑off time – Orders confirmed before 3 p.m. are packed the same day.
  • Dispatch window – All parcels leave our warehouse within 48 hours (Mon–Fri).
  • Peak seasons & public holidays – Please allow an extra 24–48 hours if courier networks are congested.

  • Flat rate shown at checkout; fees reflect distance, parcel weight, and real‑time courier tariffs.
  • Free shipping promotions are announced on banner ads or at checkout when applicable.



Payment Methods

  • Cash‑on‑Delivery – Have the exact amount ready; couriers may not carry change.
  • Debit / Credit Cards – All major Sri Lankan cards accepted via secure SSL gateway.
  • Bank Transfers & e‑Wallets – Available.

Tracking & Order Updates

  • Automated alerts – You receive an email/SMS with tracking once the parcel is scanned by the courier.

  • Email & phone – Write to support@watercolor.lk or call the hotline listed on your invoice.

Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Parcels

  • Two attempts are made. If both fail, the order returns to us.
  • For COD orders: return shipping will be charged for re‑dispatch or deducted from any refund.
  • For pre‑paid orders: we will contact you to rearrange delivery; additional courier fees may apply.

Damages & Shortages

Inspect the package upon receipt. Report any damage, missing items, or tampering within 48 hours via any support channel. Keep all packaging for claims processing.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Extreme weather, public‑sector strikes, regional lockdowns, or fuel constraints can occasionally add extra days. We will keep you informed and work with carriers for the quickest possible resolution.

International Shipping
