What are the prices for custom portraits and paintings?
Custom portraits start at $199, and you can also take advantage of our frequent discounts to further reduce the price. You can learn more about pricing here. We also have a special section dedicated to our artists’ original paintings.
When do payments need to be completed for an order?
When placing an order, you can make an initial 10% deposit (or pay the full amount upfront if you prefer). This will confirm your order, and we will begin the painting process. Once the painting is complete, we will send you a digital photograph for your approval. If you are satisfied, you can pay the remaining 90% through a designated link generated in the invoice. This will complete the payment process, and your artwork will be shipped immediately.
Is there an option for split payments?
Yes, we offer a split payment option for 10% and 90%. The full payment must be finalized before the shipping process begins.
Are there additional fees for making changes?
No, there are no additional fees for making changes to your custom portrait.
What payment options are accepted?
Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit/debit cards.
Can I split costs between two cards/payment types?

Do you offer a service to receive videos documenting the painting's progress?
Yes, we can arrange for a video documenting the painting’s progress upon special request. Simply inform us of your interest through our chat or email, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
What are the options and costs for portraits in custom, non-standard sizes?
We have a pricing structure that calculates the cost based on the square inch measurement of the painting. As the final square inch value increases, the cost per square inch decreases. To obtain an exact price for non-standard sizes, please contact us through our chat or email with your desired dimensions.
How do I apply a discount coupon code to my order?
You can apply your discount coupon code during the checkout process before finalizing your order. Simply enter the code in the designated field, and the applicable discount will be reflected in your order total.
What if I have issues uploading my reference photo(s)?
No problem at all. If you encounter any difficulties uploading your reference photos, simply send them to us through our chat or email service. We will ensure that they are forwarded to the relevant artist for reference.
Why is the number of subjects limited for some portrait sizes?
Smaller portrait sizes are not suitable for accommodating multiple subjects due to the limited space. A larger number of subjects in a smaller portrait would make it challenging to capture the details and facial features of each individual effectively.
Can I choose or influence the background scene/colors?
Yes, you can certainly influence the background scene and colors of your portrait. You can share your preferences or provide reference images through the NOTES section on the checkout page or directly through our chat or email. Please include your order number in your communication to ensure clear identification. Please note that these requests should be made before we confirm (via email) that the artist has begun working on your painting.
Can I change the artist assigned to the portrait order?
Yes, it is possible to change the artist assigned to your portrait order. However, if the assigned artist has already begun working on your painting, an additional fee may apply.
How do you recommend selecting a painting style and medium for my reference photo?
The choice of painting style and medium for your portrait primarily depends on your personal preferences and the aesthetic qualities that resonate with you. Each medium and style conveys emotions and visual characteristics in unique ways, making them suitable for different subjects and artistic expressions. Consider the overall mood and atmosphere you wish to capture in your portrait when making your selection.
Turnaround Time & Shipping

How long do modifications and changes typically take to implement?
We will apply any requested changes to your portrait within one or two days and send you a digital photograph for your review.
Do you ship completed portraits to APO, FPO, PO boxes?
Yes, we ship completed portraits to APO, FPO, and PO boxes, as well as any other location that accepts international shipping. Do you offer international shipping, if so where?
Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping.
How is the shipment packaging designed to protect the portrait?
All artworks are carefully protected for shipping. We wrap each painting in art-enclosed paper and place it inside a 3mm-thick shipping tube for added protection. The tube is then sealed with aluminum caps. Finally, each painting is shipped with a tracking number for your convenience.

What do I need to do if I forget my login credentials?
If you forget your login credentials, you can easily reset your password through the login screen. A password reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Additionally, you can conveniently sign in to your account using your Google account.
Is it possible to communicate directly with the artist painting my portrait?
Direct communication with the artist painting your portrait is not available at this time. However, we are committed to ensuring that all your communications are relayed to your artist for consideration.
Can I review a digital image of the final painting before it ships to me?
Yes, receiving a digital preview of the final painting is an integral part of our process. We will send you a digital image of the completed artwork for your review and approval before it is shipped to you.
Do you publicly showcase all completed artworks online or just select ones?
We curate a selection of completed artworks to showcase online based on platform-specific interests. However, if you prefer to keep your portrait private, please inform us, and we will respect your privacy preferences.
How do you secure customers' private data?

What types of paint do you use?
Our watercolor artworks are exclusively done on paper materials, as watercolors are not suitable for canvas. We utilize either Arches paper from France or Fabriano paper from Italy, both renowned for their exceptional quality. For optimal results, we employ 300GSM Rough or Cold press paper.

Currently, we do not provide direct framing services. However, we are actively working on expanding our offerings to include professional framing options.
