2. Return Window & Eligibility
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: 14 calendar days from delivery.
- Missing items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
- Opened paint tubes or pans.
- Used brushes, palettes, or sketchbooks.
- Cut or partially used paper sheets.
- Gift cards and final‑sale items.
4. How to Initiate a Return

- Quote your order number and attach photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Receive a Return instructions.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Watercolor.lk pays courier fees for defective/incorrect shipments.
6. Refund Methods & Processing Time
- Card payments: Reversal to the same card within 3‑7 business days after quality inspection.
- Cash‑on‑Delivery: Bank transfer or store credit within 3‑7 business days.
- Shipping fees are refunded for eligible claims due to our error.
7. Exchanges
Eligible items can be exchanged free of courier fees, subject to stock availability. Out‑of‑stock items qualify for a refund or store credit.
