Meta / Facebook Data-Deletion Instructions

Under Meta’s Platform Terms and applicable data-protection laws, you have the right to request deletion of personal data collected through the Watercolor.lk Support Messenger App (App ID 8964730570260337).

What data we store

• Your public Facebook name
• Message content you voluntarily send to us
• Optional contact details you provide (e-mail or phone)
• Technical metadata (message ID, timestamp) required for delivery

How to request deletion

1. Send an e-mail from the address linked to your Facebook profile to support@watercolor.lk with the subject line “Delete my Messenger data.”

2. Include your Facebook profile URL or the phone number attached to your Messenger account so we can locate your conversation thread.

3. We will erase all associated records from our Chatwoot server within 72 hours and confirm completion via reply e-mail.

Automatic deletion policy

All Messenger conversation data is retained for a maximum of 12 months to support order inquiries. Records older than 12 months are purged automatically.
